Life is full of thresholds—the tender moments when one chapter has closed, and the next has yet to fully arrive. These “liminal spaces” can feel uncertain, but they also hold immense possibilities.
This full-day Drawing & Poetry Workshop is an invitation to pause, reflect, and create in community. Guided by artist-coach Massimo and poet-coach Jane, you’ll be gently supported as you:
Video :
-
Explore your inner landscape through drawing and poetry.
-

-
Discover new perspectives and meanings in times of change.

No prior experience with art or writing is needed. All you need to bring is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to step into the space between “no longer” and “not yet.”

Come as you are. Leave with fresh insight, creative expression, and a renewed sense of connection—with yourself and with others.

This workshop invites participants to break down the traditional barriers between poetry and drawing, creating a dynamic, collaborative creative experience. The session will guide participants through a series of interactive exercises that inspire them to translate poetic language into visual imagery and vice versa.
We will explore the liminal moments between what was and what will be. Like standing in a doorway between two rooms, we will explore the sensation of being between states - no longer fully in the old chapter but not yet arrived in the new one. We might explore questions like: What do you carry with you across thresholds? What does the air feel like in this in-between space?

My purpose, as both a life coach and an intuitive artist, is to create a lasting impact on the lives of others through my dual pursuits. As a coach, I am fulfilled when I see my clients navigating life’s complexities with clarity and courage. As an intuitive artist, success is reflected in my ability to convey deep emotional and spiritual emotions through my drawings.
Ultimately, success is about harmonizing these two passions—life coaching and intuitive art—into a cohesive journey that enriches my life and those I connect to.
A message from Jane Banks – Poet and Coach

My purpose, as both a life coach and a poet, is to provide a space, as witness, to the soul’s longing for self-expression in the world. A safe container for self-reflection and growth. As I build my own capacity for self-expression and show up fully in my life, I too give agency for others to do the same. We are all just walking each other home.
Writing enables us to reconnect with our essence and reveals our true nature. It is an act of activism! Life coaching and poetry are perfect bedfellows for growth, fun and initiating a “glow up”.
